At AIKissfiy, we take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our products and services.
Information We Collect
We process your account email and login information, uploaded photos, character attributes, prompts, generated images and videos, order and subscription information, and technical usage information such as IP address, browser and visited pages.
Use of Information
We use photos and prompts to analyse characters and create the content you request. Saved character data supports reuse in later creations; generated results are provided for viewing and downloading. Account and transaction information supports login, credit balances, billing, support and prevention of misuse.
Protection of Information
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use industry-standard security measures such as SSL encryption to protect your data during transmission.
Disclosure of Information
To fulfil your requests, relevant photos, prompts and character data may be sent to AI generation providers. Storage and infrastructure providers process the content needed to host and deliver the service. Stripe and other payment providers process payments. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Photo retention
Uploaded original photos are retained for one hour after upload and then completely deleted. Deleting the corresponding content also deletes its copies. This one-hour rule applies to original uploads; it does not describe the retention of saved character data or generated results.
Saved characters and generated results
Saved character data remains available for reuse while the character is saved in your account; you can delete it in My Characters. Generated results are automatically deleted after 7 days for accounts with paid generation access, or 3 days otherwise, as shown in My Projects. Download results before that deadline. Account, order and subscription records are separate from photos and may be retained for account operation and applicable obligations.

Your Rights
You can delete saved characters and generated results in your account. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or reports of unauthorized use of a person’s image, contact the email below. Include the relevant page link, task or character ID and a description of the issue. We may ask for information needed to confirm your relationship to the content.
